How to Return a Product

For Installers

Step 1: Contact Accovos Technical Support
If you believe your product is defective, reach out to our Technical Support team. We’ll assess the issue and provide you with a Support Ticket number.

Step 2: Return to Your Distributor
Return the product to the authorized distributor you purchased it from, along with the Accovos Support Ticket number.

 For Distributors

Step 1: Contact Accovos
Email our RMA team at admin@accovos.com to request access to the RMA portal.

Step 2: Submit Your RMA Request
Submit your RMA request directly through email

Step 3: Request Review
Our team will review the submission. Once approved, an RMA number will be issued and sent to you via email.

Step 4: Prepare the Return Shipment
Label the return package clearly with the issued RMA number and include it on all shipping documents.

Step 5: Receive Credit, Repair, or Replacement
After we receive and verify the returned item, we will process a credit, repair, or replacement accordingly.
