1. 3-Year Limited Warranty

Accovos Ltd. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modification of the product. Accovos Ltd. reserves the right to inspect and verify any claim.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to prior authorization via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Special Orders

Products that have been custom-manufactured or modified at the customer’s request are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

4. Claims for Damage or Missing Items

Accovos Ltd. is not responsible for goods damaged during transit. Claims for missing items must be made in writing within three (3) days of receipt. Accovos Ltd. is not liable for delays in delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

All technical data, drawings, images, and specifications provided on our website, catalogs, or promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice. Accovos Ltd. reserves the right to make improvements or modifications to any product at any time.
